乳品生物技术与工程”重点实验室招收博士后简介

内蒙古农业大学“乳品生物技术与工程”教育部重点实验室[Key Laboratory ofDairy Biotechnology and Engineering (Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,DBTE), Ministry of Education]是在原内蒙古乳品研究培训中心的基础上建设完成的。2005年11月26日通过了教育部组织的专家验收。

 内蒙古乳制品研究培训中心是中日两国政府间《内蒙古乳制品研究培训项目》技术合作的结晶。该项目的实施始于1994年6月1日,历经中日双方5年的合作,于1999年5月31日竣工。日方承担单位是日本国国际协力事业团(JICA),中方承担单位为内蒙古科学技术厅,实施单位是为内蒙古农业大学。日本政府为该项目无偿援助5亿日元,其中包括提供4条中试生产线和相关器材,以及人员培养、派遣专家等。

“乳品生物技术与工程”教育部重点实验室下设1个中试车间和4个研究室,具有总面积为3500 m2的实验室和1200 m2的中试车间,仪器设备总价值3500万元。实验室各研究单元的主要研究内容和方向如下:

1.乳酸菌菌种的分离、鉴定、收集及生物多样性和组学研究

(1)乳酸菌的分离、鉴定、收集及乳酸菌资源库的建立

(2)乳酸菌生物多样性及分子生态学

(3)乳酸菌基因组学、蛋白质组学及代谢组学

2.乳酸菌菌种开发及发酵技术研究

(1)乳酸菌优良生产性能及益生特性的研究及菌种筛选

(2)乳酸菌高密度发酵及发酵剂生产技术的研究

3.发酵乳制品生物化学与营养研究

(1)发酵乳制品生产有关的生物化学和发酵乳制品中的生物活性物质

(2)发酵乳制品的营养学及功能特性的评定

4.发酵乳制品工艺研

(1)酸奶及发酵乳饮料(包括益生发酵乳制品)加工新技术及新工艺的研究

(2)干酪加工新技术及新工艺的研究

5.乳品中试车间

具有巴氏杀菌乳、UHT灭菌乳、酸乳、炼乳、冰淇淋小型生产线各一条。可为乳品工业化生产前提供中间试验数据,同时也为国内外乳品企业提供中试条件。

Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology & Engineering, Ministry of Education, P.R. China, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University

  Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering(Inner Mongolia Agricultural University), Ministry of Education is developed from its predecessor -“The Inner Mongolia Dairy Research and Training Center”, Which was a cooperative project(JICA project, Japanese International Cooperation Agency)on dairy research between the Chinese and Japanese governments (1994-1999). On November 26, 2005, the key lab was recognized by Ministry of Education of P.R. China.

  Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering(Ministry of Education)is composed of one pilot plant and 4 research divisions, with laboratory of3500m2and a pilot plant of1200 m2. The total value of the instruments and equipments amounts to 35 million RMB Yuan. The research sections are as follows:

1. Isolation, identification and collection of lactic bacteria and Research on LA Biodiversity and Omics

(1)Isolation, identification and collection of lactic bacteria from naturally fermented dairy products inChinaand foundation of collection center of lactic acid bacteria

(2)Biodiversity and molecular ecology of lactic acid bacteria isolated from naturally fermented dairy products inChina

(3)Genomics, proteomics and metabolomics of lactic acid bacteria

2. Research and Development of lactic acid bacteria culture and Fermentation Technology

(1)Research on properties and screening of lactic acid bacteria strains related to the production of fermented dairy products and probiotic dairy food

(2)Research and development of technology for lactic acid bacteria starter culture

3. Biochemistry and Nutrition of Fermented Dairy Products

(1)Biochemistry related to fermenteddairy product processing and Bioactive substances in fermented dairy products

(2) eva luation of nutritional and functional properties for fermented dairy products

4. Processing Technology of Fermented Dairy products

(1)Research and development of new technology and products for yoghourt and fermented milk drink,including probiotic fermented dairy products

(2)Research and development of new technology and products for cheese

5. Pilot Plant

The pilot plant was Equipped with 5 pilot production lines, including pasteurized milk, UHT milk, fermented milk, concentrated milk and ice cream, from raw milk treatment to packing of final products.
